Holy Savior Hospice - San Antonio

I cannot say enough good things about Holy Savior Hospice. Megan, Miranda, Melissa, Joel and Latoya go above and beyond for our residents at Heritage Creek Assisted Living Facility and the Chateaux at Heritage Creek Assisted Living. They have such an amazing team and we are so thankful for their incredible support of our residents. They truly care about their patients and their compassionate care for others is not only seen but felt by everyone in our communities. On behalf of the Heritage Creek communities. I am extremely disappointed with the care my grandfather received from Nurse Melissa. His bedsores became severe and were not properly monitored, and to make matters worse, the nurse falsely claimed she had visited when she had not. This is unacceptable, especially for a patient on hospice care where consistency and honesty are crucial. On the other hand, our CNA Ruby was absolutely outstanding. She went above and beyond in her care, and I truly hope she becomes a nurse one day. I have never met a CNA as compassionate, dedicated, and reliable as her. I sincerely hope the company takes these concerns seriously. No nurse should ever lie about visits or neglect such important aspects of a patient’s care. Families place their trust in hospice services during the most difficult times, and that trust should never be broken.

I had my husband in a private home and Holy Savior Hospice took care of him. Everyone helped me when I was having a hard time. My husband hasn't had services yet but they offered to be there for me by attending .My experience was a wonderful and stress free one. I thank God that a friend guided me toward them. I love my husband so much and this meant a lot to me. Thank you
