What Families Are Saying
Most Recent Reviews
Our family had one hope when we transitioned to hospice care: to find people who would care for our mother with the same love and dignity that we did. Heritage Hospice exceeded every hope we had. From our very first conversation, it was clear this company was different. Stephanye, our care coordinator, impressed us before we were even clients. She was warm, compassionate, incredibly knowledgeable, and immediately went to work advocating for our family and our mother. She went far beyond what anyone would reasonably expect, and her kindness and professionalism made our decision easy. She made our family feel like we were not alone in navigating all of this. She is truly exceptional. Our nurse, Kaylee, quickly became part of our family. There are very few people you meet in life who have such a genuine gift for caring for others. She combined outstanding clinical knowledge with extraordinary compassion, always treating Mom with dignity while helping the rest of us navigate an incredibly difficult journey. She never made us feel like we were facing anything alone. To our family, she will always be one of the angels God placed in our lives. Virginia, Mom's CNA, arrived each day with a smile and simply loved on Mom. She cared for her with such tenderness, patience, and respect during some of Mom's most vulnerable moments. It was obvious that this was never "just a job" to her. She truly cared, and it showed in every interaction. Lisa, our intake nurse, set the tone from the very beginning. From the moment she met Mom, every word and every action reflected genuine kindness and respect. We were amazed that less than an hour after she completed the admission, Mom's medications were already ordered. The efficiency, organization, and follow-through were remarkable. What stands out most about Heritage Hospice is that this level of care wasn't limited to one or two outstanding employees. Every single person we encountered was compassionate, professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in providing the best possible care. Communication was outstanding. Questions were answered promptly. Needs were addressed quickly. Every promise was followed through on. Throughout one of the most difficult seasons of our lives, we always knew Mom was surrounded by people who truly cared—and so were we. Losing a parent is heartbreaking, but Heritage Hospice gave our family something priceless: peace of mind. We never had to wonder whether Mom was receiving excellent care because we saw it every single day. They didn't just provide hospice care—they gave our family the freedom to spend our remaining time simply loving Mom instead of trying to navigate everything alone. To Stephanye, Kaylee, Virginia, Lisa, and everyone at Heritage Hospice—thank you for loving our mother so well. You cared not only for her, but for our entire family. We will never forget your kindness, your professionalism, your compassion, or the incredible difference you made during the last months of Mom's life. If you are looking for hospice care for someone you love, I cannot recommend Heritage Hospice highly enough. In the hardest season of our lives, they gave our mother exceptional care and gave our family a gift we can never repay. We will be forever grateful. They are, quite simply, the standard by which every hospice organization should be measured.
We called hospice to help us with my sweet husband Jim. Brianna RN came out the same day, examined Jim and told us exactly what to expect. Jim passed 2 days later with just the most attentive, compassionate staff walking us through his transition. I wish I would have called them 6 months earlier, which could have relieved the family of many stresses. Recommending this company without any reservations.
This company is so caring and so kinda!
