I'm writing this while my grandmother is still alive and doing well. Heart 2 Heart, in our last 3 months of being with them, has been a massive help for us both. Prior, grandmother was refusing hospice at home besides just me taking care of her.. for years.. she finally agreed to it end of 2024. Slowly over time since we started hospice, she's been actually improving mentally, because before, it was us and us alone back and forth to the hospital. Every nurse in heart 2 heart we have met have been amazing, understanding, compassionate and outstanding. Thank you for all that you guys do. It is appreciated beyond words. Heart to Heart Hospice was phenomenal in the care of my dad. He had given up on the will to live and was bedridden. Hospice stepped in and provide loving care to my dad and support for my sister and me. We couldn't have done it without them.
