My mother Glenda Blair Meador's care was managed by Heart to Heart Lufkin from February 2025 unto her graceful passing on October 15. If I could give 500 Stars I would. Every single need of Mom's was met, the vast majority were anticipated, and every member of the Team was more than gracious at going above and beyond toward achieving this success. Eternal heartfelt gratitude to everyone from the admissions coordinator Sammie who showed up on a Sunday afternoon in the midst of our family's crisis to everyone else who contributed to making Mom's final eight months on earth nothing short of comfortable, placid, and both pain and worry free. Love remains with us forever for RN's Cassy, Ashton, and Allsion, CNA's Q, LaShan, and Dominique, chaplain Austin, social workers Santa and Alma, and the Nurse Practitioner Nicole, as well as everyone else who contributed to her care (and I know there were many). Mom was thrilled at the birth of Austin's daughter and was praying for Cassy to become pregnant during the duration of her care. We trust that she continues to watch down upon both! Our family wholly recommends Heart to Heart Hospice Lufkin to every other family in need.

As I had another loved one in hospice, I have had the experience. In my opinion, the staff was condescending and rude. We had previously discussed a matter regarding the patient, and once the papers were signed, it's as if they had forgotten we had discussed it. The attending nurse was rude and uncommunicable. She was also always busy with someone else, & generally seem to overworked. There were two people that worked for this company, that I would like to thank... the personal hygiene care lady, as well as the volunteer. These two people were very compassionate. If you are new to hospice & you have a loved one about to enter it, I would not recommend this company. If you know it to expect, this company's adequate. Needing hospice is complex, and you want a company that will walk you through step by step, so you feel you're not alone & will know what to expect.

My husband’s family used Heart to Heart with his mother. They were absolutely fabulous! They were there every time they were needed and her nurse aide and nurse were the best! We can never thank them enough for the care they gave to Granny during her last days.
