HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE Experience with this company. We had a consult prior to choosing them and everything we were told did Not happen! Literally from the moment we called and chose them, Nothing went like they said! NOTHING! THE MOST UNORGANIZED COMPANY! NO COMMUNICATION, MISINFORMATION, SHORT STAFFED! We did not get the proper medication for our mother until about 4 hours of her passing therefore she suffered a HORRIBLE DEATH UNNECESSARILY!! I WILL NEVER FORGIVE THEM FOR THIS! HAD WE NOT CALLED THEM THE DAY AFTER COMING HOME AND BEING TOLD WE WOULD HAVE DAILY NURSE DUE TO HER CONDITION, WE WOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN THEY WERE NOT COMING AND INSTEAD WHEN CONTACTED AND AFTER HOURS OF NO RESPONSE, WE RECEIVED A TEXT ASKING DID WE NEED SOMETHING!! IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONES, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!
