My family was extremely pleased with the care our loved one received from the staff at Harbor Hospice in Liberty. My dad was under their care for several months. The majority of that time, he was able to do a good bit of things himself. He enjoyed conversations with each of the nurses. Ms. Marla was his first nurse, and we truly appreciated her visits and care. He especially enjoyed the visits from the chaplain, Rev. Bryant Perkins. They were fellow Texas Longhorns. Once his health deteriorated, the staff was very compassionate and concerned. They were so helpful to us. The final week of his life, Ms. Helen was wonderful! She came each morning to bathe him and get him freshened up for the day. On the morning he passed, one of the staff members happened to come check on him at almost the exact moment he passed. Ms. Brittney gave us time to be with him, and then gently took over, calling the funeral service and making all the arrangements to have him taken care of. She remained at our home until the funeral service arrived and took him. We could not have had a better experience than with Harbor Hospice. They are a wonderful group. Many thanks to them.

We have been with Harbor Hospice for almost a year now. I was totally lost and overwhelmed trying to take care of my step dad Boyce Ivey, who has Parkinson’s and dementia. Harbor came in and has helped me so much and took a lot of worries from me. Michele is a wonderful CNA! I would totally recommend Harbor!
