Every single person we dealt with was loving and compassionate. We started with Harbor under palliative care when our mom was diagnosed with cancer. They provided support services during her treatment then helped us make the seamless transition to hospice care when the time came. I cannot thank them enough for all they did for us.
My husband was admitted to Harbor Hospice and it was devastating to me. When we got there we were treated so kindly. Everyone was so very nice. We spent a week there and we were made to feel like family.never have I seen so much compassion for the patient and their family. The nurses did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible. If the need arises and you might need hospice care, I can highly recommend Harbor Hospice. They are the absolute best.
I just want to take a minute and say how Thankful we are of Harbor Hospice.. our mom has been through so much, since May 2025.. she was transferred to a nursing home, then to hospital, back to nursing home and then back to hopsital.. all in a 2.5 month time.. we were assured she would be leaving the hospital going straight into Hopspice/palliative care (the nursing home said they can't legally say hospice, because they don't have the same privileges), but we were assured she would get the same care.. she already had lost about 80lbs since mid June.. nothing changed.. she was asked, do you want.. and our mom would never ask for Anything.. nothing.. we told them that. At this point, she hadn't eaten in days, probably weeks.. because she only had broth for the past several weeks.. Anyway, less than 7 days after moving mom to Harbor, she was in peace. No longer suffering with all the bed sores and paralysis in her legs. And, she passed almost unknown.. so peacefully.. we CANNOT say THANK YOU enough for everything the folks at Harbor Hospice has done.. it was truly amazing. And our mom is finally not suffering!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
