I had a good experience. Armando went beyond what was necessary and explained the process. Everything went smooth. The nurses were all great and were very informative. It was a good choice
My dad has been under their care for a month now. They’ve neglected to change out his Foley catheter since he was release from hospital. He has a bad cough and nursing home can’t test him because it has to be done by the Greater Valley Hospice nurse which has not gone in. My sister and I have both reached out to Duña the case manager and she does not reply. I left a message today giving them formal notice that we are terminating their services. If you want the best care for your loved one, leave it up to the nursing staff at the nursing home you chose. These people will be hearing from my attorney regarding this neglect. The case manager was in such a hurry to get his documents signed that she even went to meet us at restaurant. But now, no response. Hospice to them means get paid and forget about the patient.
My family n I would like to thank Greater Valley Hospice for their compassion, professionalism plus the care the staff gave my dad. Nurse Maritza and her kindness in explaining every detail. Chaplain Nathaniel's visit to my dad at home was beautiful and gave my dad and our family peace. Armando V. and Dr. Melendez made the transition from the hospital to our home smooth. We will forever be grateful.❤🙏
