I am in heart failure and COPD. I made the choice to not have open heart surgery. I chose to go on hospice instead. Best decision I could have made. The staff at Gifted Hearts has taken really good care of me. I know from upper management to CNA that all of them care for and love each patient. They have shown their love each and everyday. Thank you to all of them. I love you guys.
I want to thank Gifted Hearts Hospice for the care that they gave to my husbands mother (Carol Curby). Jennifer and TJ was amazing with the care of my mother n law in her last time here with us. They walked us thru the procedures and they took great care of her. I would highly recommend them if anyone needs hospice.
