Gwen and everyone we interacted with at Gentle Transitions were phenomenal. They showed the utmost care and concern for my father as he was passing. Gwen and her team felt like family when they came into our lives. Not only did they make sure my dad was out of pain and cared for but they took the time to talk to my dad about his life-which I know was important to him at the time. My dad passed as Gwen came to visit us one morning and I am 100% certain my dad made sure things occurred this way so we would be in good hands when he passed. We were in good hands.
