What a blessing it was to have such a beautiful team for our fathers end of life care. We could not have asked for a better beginning with Irene, she immediately connected with us and dad, she really took the time to get to know us as a family, she's a beautiful human being. Then we met Amairani, our social worker, she was very caring helping us navigate what we needed when we needed it, especially when we needed it most. Lejla, our chaplain, I can't tell you how meaningful her time was, she gave us so much comfort at our time of need, I absolutely adore her. I wanted to end with Albert my dads nurse, its hard for me to put in words how much he gave to us , to dad. He went over and beyond his calling, he was always with us. He always checked in to make sure dad was ok also to make sure we were ok- everything was done with such kindness and a loving heart- felt like family. We felt so blessed to have such gentle guidance from these Gentle Partners, they will always hold a special place in our hearts!

My mother's male nurse is barely seen when we call (seems careless and like treating patients is a chore???) , the meds are late or changed without being told.
