My mother's male nurse is barely seen when we call (seems careless and like treating patients is a chore???) , the meds are late or changed without being told.

I have no faith in this company! For me they have been consistently late on my medication causing me so much stress and anxiety as I have to deal with this every every 2-weeks,at least, as I get a two weeks supply of meds, Can’t even tell you how many calls I have to make to my nurse if that fails I have to call the owner.just to get my meds and they may be 4- more days late so I’ve been out awhile and I get very ill.. Recently they gave me a drug I was never on Buspar, and a high dosage, I called the office as I wasn’t very happy! Who does this?? I have trouble taking meds to begin with and I told them I had already tried this Rx. They’re trying to manipulate me by giving me this drug I might be able to get off of one I’ve been on more than 1/2 my life.. Been over this w/?them many times once should’ve been enough! Another time They changed one of my meds without telling me that I have been taking for over 38 years that does nothing to me but work, w/o informing me, they switch it for a new rx! To me it was very very strong rx I couldn’t think clearly and fell due to madeing me loopy as all get out, so I broke it in half still strong, told them over and over nothing done. They have known over a month I’m going on vacation, now its time for me to leave, they had given me 2- of my meds I needed my muscle relaxer told them 2- days in a row I didn’t get it, I was angry but leaving them can’t deal with their inadequacies anymore in fact my health has gotten worse since I’ve been with them! This is a horrible place for care.. Look at their reviews .. Found a wonderful new place: its called nightingale right here in San Antonio 💞 Before I found my new place I was told many times they were going to have to release me due to going on vacation, found out by one of their workers they just wanted me gone lol 😝 I have no problem letting them know when are screwing up which is constantly.. After you read this (the company)you know that I’m being very honest I don’t lie, you people need to be honest and treat your with compassion and taking of the patients counting on you to help, I never saw this myself.
