I want to thank Bre, Jackie, Lance and Chad...just everyone at Gentiva. My dad died with dignity and respect. Thanks to the whole staff. I would recommend Gentiva for hospice care.
The people that work here are absolutely fabulous. Although I only needed their services for one month caring for my wife they were there every night when I needed them-every call was answered and everyone that came to my house was fantastic. Period
This place is horrible, my mother in-law got put in hospice at home as she requested. The first lady was great for the first day, next morning we was having complications so I called for help, the nurse told me over the phone they normally don't help with what we needed but was doing ONLY cause it was within 24 hours, didn't hear or see one person after that. I was by myself and very confused because they said the first week was the busiest for people coming in and out of the home, we was supposed to have a emergency bed bath for my mother in-law and nobody ever showed or called.. We started on a Wednesday and past away that Sunday last week.. We are very disappointed and I'm very hurt my mom and I was left alone like we was wasting time, shame on you guys..
