super service amazaing staff vary professional !!

I gave it a one star because of the therapists. They were good. We got ourselves discharged after about 12 weeks. Initially the evals were good. We got 2 sessions of PT, 2 for OT, and one for speech. For about 3/4 weeks. Then the therapists would not come. No communication from the office. Therapists said they did not any sessions. Then another round of evals. Both the PT and OT evaluators said they would recommend 2 sessions per week. However, we only for one PT and one OT session per week. So I called. Note this was my first ever call to the office in about 10-12 weeks. We put up with no sessions and no communication till that time. I called one afternoon and asked about the reduced sessions and lack of communication. I was passed on to an “administrator”. I asked him why and his response was, and I quote because I have a recording of the call, “nobody gives a 73 year old, 5 sessions a week”. So I aker him how is it his call when evaluators clearly think those sessions are necessary AND if that were the case, how did we get the 5 sessions till then. That simple as set him off! He went on a FULL SCALE DERANGED RANT for a full 3 mins, the gist of which is 73 year olds do not get that much therapy, he will not spend his money to provide therapy just because we want 40 or 70 sessions and if we don’t like, he can discharge us. I could NOT get a word in. I interrupted him once and OFF HE WENT AGAIN!! Another round of yelling at me at the top of his lungs spewing the same nonsense! After listening for 2 mins more, I asked him to discharge us. That attitude and that complete disrespect for the patient’s needs, as well as that complete lack of professionalism is put me off completely. In fact, maybe I would have understood or dealt with it it differently, if he treated me like a client and took time to calmly discuss it with me. But no he did not! They obviously care for their billing and not about patient care. GOOD RIDDANCE!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY!
