My mother was recently hospitalized in March 2024 for multiple falls at home. She was extremely weak and was becoming delirious. At the hospital, we found out she had a urinary tract infection. We were referred to home health for physical therapy and we chose Excellence Home Healthcare based on the Google reviews. Fast forward 4 months, my mother completed therapy within the first 2 months and hasn’t had any falls. Excellence’s nurses were incredible! The nurses did extensive teaching with me and my mom over urinary tract infections in the elderly and fall prevention. I appreciated their patience and really felt like they cared for my mother as their own. If my mother is ever in need of a home health in the future we will be choosing EXCELLENCE!

Excellence Home Healthcare staff did an AMAZING job handling my elderly mother's needs after she had knee surgery. She had very limited movement ability. Every nurse and occupational therapist who provided care were very professional and really put me at ease knowing that my mother was in great hands. Going forward, I would not recommend any other company. Not only did these folks do their job, they did it well and they demonstrated the level of care anyone would want for themselves or a loved one. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you so much, you guys are the best.

Mrs. Carmen was the most professional and informative rep I could ever ask for to help through everything. She was non-judgmental and made me feel at ease. I’d 100% call her again if needed.
