Very thankful for the Chaplain Ms. Chandra. She has been amazing to the residents at our Facility Capstone Healthcare. She us truly one of a kind.
When our mother was placed in hospice care late in the evening on a weekend, Tiffany provided us with answers to our questions during a difficult and stressful time. She did so with patience and compassion. She continued to do so throughout the weekend despite being pulled in different directions as she provided the same compassionate care for others across the city. The chaplain and the social worker spent time with me, providing comfort and guidance regarding the end-of-life process. Sarah could not have been more compassionate and informative as she continued to provide daily nursing care, care not only to our mother but to us as a family. Ann gave her loving baths to ease her transition. Thank you Enhabit, not only for what you did for us, but for the service you provide to others. Thank you. Horrible experience. The nurse assigned to my mother was curt, impertinent and insensitive. She made it very clear she was not there to care, just following orders from a newly assigned doctor who never saw my mother or examined her, but took her off all her medication. This uncaring nurse was argumentative and said her only job was to provide pain killers. She did not take the time to understand my mother's needs and treat her as an individual. Her unpleasant, rude, disrespectful tone was the worst thing for my mother in her final days, and for me. I am warning all who read this, don't use Encompass hospice.
