Emerald Care Hospice

Ian and the group of ladies that assisted my sister for the last 4 months were awesome. They were so kind, professional and super gentle with her at all times. Anytime I had a question, Ian responded to me immediately. I would highly recommend Emerald Care to anyone if they want excellent service from someone taking care of your loved ones.

I cannot thank the staff at Emerald Care Hospice LLC enough, especially Ian, Cassandra, and Jahren! They have always treated me with professionalism, dignity and bring a smile to me each day! Their team truly knows how to respectfully treat seniors who are struggling with health issues. They do not make you feel ike a burden or that you should or need to apologize for needing their care. They are professional, responsive, compassionate, truly take time to listen and hear my concerns through my daughter. They quickly communicate any concerns or changes noticed. They have a strong team which rises to the occasion when needed. Cassandra treats me with respect each time she assists me with showering and dressing. Emerald Care Hospice's team is always ready to answer any questions and has met any challenge along with way! They have gone above and beyond to ensure my medications are delivered and when shortages have ensured emergencies refills to make sure meds are available until fully refilled. I WOULD HIGHLY recommend Emerald Care Hospice LLC! I am truly grateful for all that they have done and are doing for as I navigate my multiple health challenges.

There are not enough stars to express my gratitude and appreciation for the top notch service which my father is receiving from Emerald Care Hospice LLC. The director, nurses, techs are attentive and responsive to both my father and family. Jahren and Ian are especially a team which truly brings a new level of appreciation and a bright light with truly giving seniors respect and not belittling family concerns. They are professional, responsive, compassionate, truly take time to listen and hear family member's concerns and quickly communicate any concerns or changes noticed. They have a strong team which rises to the occasion when needed. Cassandra shows my father compassion and respect each time she interacts with him for showering and dressing. Emerald Care Hospice's team is always ready to answer any questions. They along with their team communicate quickly and professionally to ensure there is no delay in care needed. If there is a concern expressed, they address and provide solutions to correct or mitigate it from occurring again. They have performed many miracles under sudden crisis situations which were sadly caused by the location my father's resided and maintained my father's safety as their top priority. They have handled them professionally!
