Elara Caring - New Braunfels

So far Elara staff have been amazing. I want to mention 3 by name because if you have the privilege of having them as part of your family’s care you can consider yourself blessed. Brandy R. Social worker has gone above and beyond. Mia which is our daytime nurse is always working to make her clients comfortable and helps to make them feel special. Rachelle- this sweet nurse is the one that shows up after hours and is all about making things right or just reassuring client and family. It’s never easy to go through this but having the right support system makes it so much easier. Thank you Elara Caring for being here.

I work in a nursing home and we have a lot of residents who are under different hospices. I have to say that Elara Hospice is the best! Their nurses are compassionate and truly care about their patients. They always respond quickly when called and make sure resident has all needed medications. Definitely recommend them!

Elara hospice is one of the best hospice providers around! I have worked in LTC setting for 4-5 years and Elara has been my go to since I first encountered them. Everyone on the team is so kind, warm, welcoming, and always puts the patient first. This team truly knows how to work together to make hospice transition as easy as possible, and that is coming from a healthcare worker perspective as well as from a family members perspective. Jess is an amazing asset to the company, she does such a great job at bringing everyone together and always brings a smile to everyone that she meets. I love to see her when she comes to visit our patients. All of the nurses and CNAs are amazing, they are compassionate and love to provide education to not only families but staff as well. I cannot say enough good things about this team, they have a special place in my heart!
