Our family is so grateful for all the work from the team at Divinity Hospice here in San Antonio. The staff have ALL been caring and professional from the start. Martha Gutierrez helped us navigate the waters of getting things started, and is there whenever we have any questions. Our CNA Pamela has the most loving rapport with our loved one and helps her in the most calming and attentive way that I've ever seen. Eric and Marina from the nursing staff have been great at helping with identifying needs and solving problems. Our loved one requires special prescriptions on occasion, and they provide it quickly and use a pharmacy that delivers promptly. We're able to contact the medical team night or day, which is important to us. The medical equipment and supplies provided for us are quality, and we're always trained well on how to do anything regarding the care of our loved one. We've worked with a few other hospice companies before connecting with Divinity, and Divinity is our favorite so far.
