We had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with this hospice company. Without any notice or proper transition plan, they abruptly dropped my father from their care, leaving our family scrambling to figure out next steps during an already difficult time. We were told that nurses would visit weekly, but instead of showing up as promised, they frequently substituted those visits with phone calls. This is not the level of care or support a hospice patient and their family should expect. To make matters worse, medications that were discussed and supposedly arranged were never ordered, creating unnecessary confusion and added stress. We trusted this company to provide compassionate, reliable care, but they failed to follow through on even the most basic responsibilities. Their lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability put our family in a very difficult position when we needed support the most. I would strongly caution others to carefully consider their options before relying on this hospice provider.
