One day with this company has been a living hell. Conflicting stories from nurse and social worker, pushing unwanted equipment and drugs on the patient and zero resolution with management. I have dealt with other Lubbock hospice organizations with zero issues but our Primary care ordered care from Direct Health. Big mistake on my part.
I was the short-term patient. Kambre was my nurse she was amazing!! The company is easy to work with they understand your situations and needs. I will be definitely going back if needed. thank you guys!!
The girl who came out for assessment was terrible. She did not know about HIPAA at all and she tried calling to get verbal info from my doctors. Unbelievable! I told her she could not do that. Very snippish. She also sneezed over all the medication bottles that I had on the table. Her name was Kaylee.
