If I could give ten stars I would. The Lumicare team has been AMAZING from the word go. They truly live up to their word. It’s rare when you find a company who will stand by their word and morals. So glad to have met and work with Kevin and his team. Thank you for taking care of our families and residents.
We were recommended Lumicare by a friend when we decided to switch hospice companies. My father could be challenging and that never detoured our nurse Haley! She was AWESOME with him!!! The most attentive and caring nurse we could hope for! My Dad loved her, and he didn't care for too many people! I believe he was waiting for her visit the day he passed! Lumicare staff was very responsive and caring I never felt like a burden even though sometimes I am sure I was. Lumicare is the only choice if you are in the unfortunate place to be needing hospice! This will be one less thing to worry about!
Luimcare Hospice have great staff all the way around; starting with their marketer Kevin. He makes sure his stuff, as well as our residence, particularly our residents, and our staff are well taken cared of. The nurse and cna are are both very friendly, extremely compassionate, and show nothing but respect for our residents. Communication is definitely key with this hospice company and that is hard to find.
