The Bristol Hospice team were amazing, they were caring, kind, compassionate and responsive. They came when we called we could not have opted for a better hospice. They were able to handle special situations that other hospices could not. These guys were true carers. The only disappointment was that after my loved one died, we did not get a single call from anyone, including the chaplain, who I had requested to call in 2 days for grief counseling.
