Bridgeway Hospice

Our experience with Bridgeway was exemplary. My mother was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and sent home to hospice shortly after. Sarah handled the meeting with my parents and I and she was extremely thorough and detailed in her explanation and understanding of our benefits and expectations from both our insurance and the services Bridgeway provided. My mother wanted to stay in her home until the end if possible and Missy was our assigned nurse. She was a perfect combination of direct and compassionate. She wasn’t just my mother’s nurse, but she was a therapist, counselor and loving friend to our entire family. We could not have asked for a more educated and loving nurse and she was on call at all hours for our needs. When my mother passed during the evening she stayed with my father for hours waiting for the final details to be handled and made sure he was not alone during these heartbreaking moments. Knowing our mother/wife and grandmother was in such loving hands allowed us to sleep at night and know we were making the right decisions for her needs. We could not have been more happy with our decision to go with Bridgeway and we highly recommend them.

Prior to connecting with Bridgway Hospice we felt we were all alone. Bridgeway helped us so much during my husband's illness. We both received compassionate care.

My mother has been on Bridgeway Hospice for almost a year now and I could not be more pleased with the program. The entire team is very supportive, caring and understanding of my mother's needs. They even make sure that my well-being is met. Her daily care is absolutely amazing with a Caring and compassionate CA who notices every change on her body and behavior if I don't notice. During respite stays she is met by the same team and routine as she does at home. The team really has become more like family. This program has been a life saver for the entire family. Please continue the integrity of this program and there are not enough praises for you all. ❤️🌹
