I have had a very positive experience with Benchmark. I feel that having their services has given me a better quality of life and everyone that has helped me has genuinely cared about my well-being.
My heart broke when I lost my husband of 26 years. In october after fighting prostate cancer for 14 years with no options left, he went into hospice. Not knowing what to expect we were so surprised at what a wonderful organization they are. So sympathetic and kind to all members of our family. I considered them all angels sent from God to help us all get through the toughest time of our lives. His nurse Chris, aide Palaysha, case worker Kendra, and the God Squad ( my husband's favorite saying) Chaplain Sunny. Thank you all for your kindness and helpfulness through the saddest time of our life. You all are the BEST!
If I can give a minus 0 I would. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO CARE FOR YOUR LOVED ONE. My mother is a 70y/o high risk heart patient that has been under Benchmark care for over a year and these people refused her care after being released from a hospital stay. They only cleaned and changed a pic line, nothing else. They claim they are not able to give her the care she needs. They also did not inform us of their choice to not treat her. It has been weeks since her cleaning and now there's a higher chance for infection to set in. So now we have to start over searching for care in her critical state. This company's concern nor priorities are clearly not for the care of people.
