I am very grateful for the care I’ve received from Benchmark Home Health during my recovery. At 83 years old, recovering from a broken hip has been a difficult journey, but having Dustin as my physical therapist has made such a positive difference. Dustin is patient, kind, encouraging, and truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain the exercises and makes sure I understand what I need to do to keep getting stronger. He encourages me when something is hard and never makes me feel rushed or discouraged. I have made progress that I am truly thankful for, and I believe Dustin’s knowledge, patience, and genuine compassion have played a critical part in my recovery. He treats me with kindness and respect and I always feel he wants the very best for me. I highly recommend Benchmark, and especially Dustin, to anyone who needs physical therapy and compassionate care at home. I’m very thankful to have had him and the Benchmark team helping me through this recovery.

We have been extremely pleased with the care my mom has received from Benchmark during her recovery from a broken hip. Everyone we have encountered has been professional, compassionate, and genuinely invested in helping her regain her strength and independence. I especially want to recognize Dustin Castleberry, her physical therapist. Dustin has been exceptional. He is knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and incredibly attentive to my mom’s individual needs and abilities. He knows how to push her just enough to make progress while also being mindful of her limitations and making sure she feels comfortable and confident along the way. What stands out most is the way Dustin treats my mom—with genuine kindness and respect. He takes the time to explain what they are doing and why, encourages her when something is difficult, and celebrates her progress with her. His positive attitude has made such a difference in her recovery and has given our family confidence that she is in very good hands. Recovering from a hip fracture can be difficult and frustrating, especially when you are trying to regain mobility and independence. Having someone like Dustin working with her has made this process so much easier. We are very grateful for the care and dedication he has shown her. I would highly recommend Benchmark, and especially Dustin Castleberry, to anyone needing home healthcare and physical therapy. Dustin is truly an asset to the organization, and we are very thankful that he is part of my mom’s recovery team.

We’ve been using Benchmark for a few weeks and I’ve had to call roughly 20 times regarding scheduling nursing and therapy visits for my mom. I wasn’t told that they don’t offer OT until services were already authorized, and they seem to be having issues with the contracting OT company, so she has yet to have OT after 3 weeks. Two stars because the therapists and nurses have been great, it’s just the communication and scheduling that are causing me a lot of headache when I am already carrying a lot while helping my ailing, bed-bound mother.
