This place for comfort of our mother and the family, is absolutely amazing! The nurses, aides, chaplain, counselors and all staff are amazing and so compassionate. I highly recommend Beacon Hospice for care at this time of life for a loved one! I cannot say enough good things about this place! Absolutely amazing experience! Thank you to all of Beacon Hospice staff!
My wife and our family was cared for by Beacon hospice in Round Rock Texas by both the outpatient and inpatient teams while she was dying of cancer. Their outpatient nurses and assistants are caring and very competent, while their inpatient facility and staff are absolutely top-notch. Their guide to what to expect for patients and caregivers, called Crossing the Creek, is a wonderful resource for folks to understand what is going on during the whole process. It made what is an intrinsically difficult time much easier to get through. For those who find themselves in need of hospice services, I would recommend them 100%.
Beacon Hospice took incredible care of my mother. Everyone I encountered there was attentive to her, to me, and to my family during this impossible period, and I'm grateful from the bottom of my heart for every nurse and CNA I met. I would like to express special thanks to Christina, JJ, and Heather for showing me such kindness, and giving me knowledge and space to ask questions. Thank you for your patience and kindness while I was a mess on many of y'all. I can confidently say that Beacon's team will go above and beyond to ensure our loved ones are cared for and comfortable. I'll forever appreciate their dedication and compassion. Y'all are heroes.
