Baylor Scott & White Hospice - Waco

My family has been Blessed with the very best in Hospice care for our mother. When you find someone who genuinely treats patients like family, it truly is a blessing. Jose is an Angel on Earth. My mother does so well with him and even on her bad days he still finds a way to make her laugh and smile. I never have to worry or stress about her well being or care when Jose is here. A friend of mines mother had Jose as her caregiver. When I told my friend we have Jose she started crying and exclaimed how much her mother loved him! She even called all her sisters to tell them Jose was taking care of my mom. See when a person makes that much of an impact on someone you know God’s plan for them is being met. 100/100🌟! Our first nurse Andrew was great. We didn’t know who we would get next. But nurse Susan is a dream come true! We are looking forward to her next visit! I feel God knew what he was doing when he placed these individuals in our lives. And we are eternally grateful! Thank you to Scotti for helping to get the ball rolling getting mom put on Hospice. He is the reason such wonderful people have been able to enter our lives and care for mom. 100/100.

I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with BS&W Hospice! I've been under their care since November 2021. I have stage 4 cancer, Merkel cell AND Lymphoma and intense breathing problems from copd, asthma, and emphysema. Terry N. is my nurse and she goes above and beyond to make sure I'm in no pain, and am breathing better. She visits at least once a week, and I feel she truly cares about me and my well being. José L. is my CNA and I can't say enough about how wonderful he is! He visits 2x a week, and I've never felt more comfortable with anyone as when I'm having him assist me with my showers, and walking, dressing, etc. The communication between José and Terri is phenomenal! I recommend BS&W to anyone needing hospice care! I absolutely 100% love my care team and trust them with my life!
