I really can’t say enough good things so far about the healthcare that I have been receiving from Aspen. They have great bedside manner, they really listen to you, & they make you & your family actually feel like family. I’m very grateful to be a part of their team!!
I am a hospice patient. I had to switch hospice companies because the one I was at wasn't giving me the care I should have. I can say this about Aspen, I have some medical trauma from the company i was at and was worried about coming to a new company because I thought all of them were the same. Boy could I be more wrong. The day Megan came and met with my mom and I shocked me. She was so kind and allowed us to ask questions. She stayed and talked to us. When I first met my nurse Chelsea a couple days later she was so sweet. She made me feel safe because let's face it hospice can be very scary for the patient and family. When I met my social worker Liz she made me feel seen and took the stress off mine and my mom's shoulders. John the Chaplin is great for spiritual conversations or even football! Lol. So overall Aspen is an amazing place if you find yourself or a loved one with hospice needs. They are a family that circles around you and your family to give the care and peace you should feel at the end. They are new to Waco and thank goodness they are here because Waco needs this kind of hospice program.
