She made something overwhelming feel simple and manageable, and we are so grateful for her steady presence. Our RN, Maddie, and our CNA, Dezah, were absolutely incredible. Their compassion, professionalism, and calm confidence made a situation we were terrified of feel peaceful. It honestly felt like no one else could have done what they did for us.
