I don't know who is in charge of their mailing lists but I have called them for MONTHS asking them to please remove my address from their mailers. For 1, they continuously send mail for a person who does not live at this address and are still sending mail addressed to my deceased family member! 2, their inability to uphold my request of removing my address shows that they absolutely do NOT care about their emotional impact in the months after experiencing a loss. Pick another company that takes your end of life care seriously.
San Angelo Angels Care Hospice is wonderful. They took excellent care of our mom in addition to making sure we were ok. I cannot thank them enough for their help and support during this difficult time.
