Angels is taking care of my dad. He is in his last days on this earth. Every time we call even for small things it’s always an inconvenience. We asked to be changed to a different hospice after not being happy with there services for several months. Our favorite nurses left last year because of how awful they are. An LVN runs the show and she denied signing the transfer papers. If I could give a negative review I would they are awful.

I don't know who is in charge of their mailing lists but I have called them for MONTHS asking them to please remove my address from their mailers. For 1, they continuously send mail for a person who does not live at this address and are still sending mail addressed to my deceased family member! 2, their inability to uphold my request of removing my address shows that they absolutely do NOT care about their emotional impact in the months after experiencing a loss. Pick another company that takes your end of life care seriously.
