TERRIBLE AGENCY it's been 2 months since my grandmother has been abandoned by this agency. PRISCILLA hangs up on my grand mother when she calls to inquire why they havent sent a provider. My grandmother is 83 yrs old. One provider was sketchy another yanked my grandma by her arm.PRISCILLA ignores and hangs up on my grandmother. It's so sad how AMABLE THEY ARE NOT
