I would give zero stars if I could.. I walked in to them bathing my grandmother. They were so rough with her. Not to mention how they only took 5 minutes for a bed bath! They never clip her nails. There’s one CNA that gets here, and practically pours water on her. Half dries her, and leaves her that way. I’ve made multiple complaints, nothing is ever done. I do not recommend this company to ANYONE that cares about their loved ones. Grand-mommy is passed on now, but I will definitely be getting in touch with the higher ups!
