Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond my control my mom had to go to nursing and rehabilitation facilities. She went to two and was abused by both. I had always been against hospice care . The one facility she was at put her on hospice. She ended up almost dying because the facility neglected her for a week . I wasn't able to go because I had COVID. They didn't give her food or water. She ended up in the ICU with many issues. Luckily she fought hard and came to my house for the last few weeks of her life. Altus was amazing. They did all the work that.They got her a hospital bed and everything she needed including prescriptions. They came to the house everyday. They cared for my mom. They are there not only for the patient but for the family. Unfortunately my mom passed away a couple weeks ago . Once again they did all the work for me. They called and had her transported to the funeral home and then they arranged for the medical equipment to be picked up. I will forever appreciate what they did not only for my mom but for the rest of my family. With all my heart , I thank all of you. My mom (Roberta) Bobbi Taylor thanks you too.
