A nurse named Christina, possibly spelled Kristina, was so in tune with everything, when to change and adjust things, had tips, was good interacting with Alzheimer’s and dementia and I just felt like we could really trust her and trust her judgement. She’s realistic and approachable. Also, a bath aide named Rebecca is so good with memory care and we appreciate her being so reliable and always showing up.
I was so pleased with Altus Hospice as they cared for my mother in a home health center in north Houston. Every single person at Altus that I worked with was kind, patient, provided clarity, direction and advice. With Altus I know my mother's passing was peaceful and comfortable.
