LEAGUE CITY & SUGARLAND FUTURE EMPLOYEES (ESPECIALLY CNA’S) BEWARE! No proper training, they put alot of patients on you, there is ALOT of travel, ALOT of documentation (as the company struggles to remain in compliance with the required documentation practices) Management is contradicting & will threaten to write you up for things such as OT when given a heavy patient load. Staff CONTINUOUSLY quits, frequent team meetings and marketing events that the aides are expected to attend on top of a FULL day of patients. Patients visits become rushed when given such heavy schedules. Aide's now must rotate holidays (BUT if you dont specifically ask to get paid holiday pay they will pay you regular time!) They expect you to drive to Sugarland from League City for free often. They also want you to meet patient frequencies by working a Saturday or Sunday to make up visits you may have missed when you take off on PTO, making it feel like you dont get a break. When hired on, they claim to give 3% raises annually and this is untrue. In all I think this place would really benefit from stable management that provide clear consistent expectations and answers to questions & uphold company policies as laid out upon hiring. I dont see business truly growing until they get rid of MM and BF. (IYKYK) PROS Good Hourly Pay, Lunch always provided at meetings, Stretchy Scrubs, Not required to keep up with renewal of a CPR cert CONS Poor Management, Overload of patients, tons of repetitive documentation, required to travel far distances for free, tons of mileage, mandatory holiday rotation, required volunteer work, expected to help marketing, 0 job security, frequently micromanaged, alot of off the clock work, will call in the middle of the day and add additional patients to your schedule so you never know what to expect on a day to day.
