Michael Watson has been amazing. Truly a blessing in our lives and family during a very difficult time!
Altus Hospice has been nothing short of amazing to work with! 💜 Shelbi, Jeremy, and Charlene go above and beyond for our grandparents. The CNAs are kind, friendly, and treat everyone with the utmost respect and dignity. From the chaplain to the social worker, every member of the Altus team is truly exceptional. We highly recommend Altus Hospice to anyone looking for compassionate hospice care.
I give this score because they aren't meeting my vulnerable clients needs. My clients wife has requested that her husband be seen in the morning not at 5 or 6pm. Who needs a bath at that hour? Instead of honoring that request and sending a different employee they are forcing us to continue getting late services and they are making the nurse come later to accommodate this defiant employee. I am disappointed that they aren't putting my clients needs 1st and that they let the employee know that we called about the situation creating a hostile environment in the home. This was very unprofessional and uncalled for. I will say that the nurse is very hard working, diligent, and professional and the chaplain deserves the same recognition. Maybe more training in customer service is needed because the customer should always come 1st. Altus you deserve a zero but we are not allowed to give a score on this platform. Your poor service has increased my clients wife by 100%. This is the 3rd agency that we have had and by far the worst. I am hoping this review will make the management and owners consider making changes in how you operate. You are supposed to be making the end of my clients life better but you have failed miserably. So disappointed.
