UPDATE: The nurse I had conflict with took accountability and we have continued to work together successfully. My experience with this agency was horrible. The nurse that came to the house struggled with complex medication management. He was disrespectful. Moses, the Director, was even less helpful in resolving the problem. If you are overwhelmed and looking for help, they not only do not help, they create a bigger problem and do not take accountability for the way that they treat their patients because they are not used to dealing with patients that are mentally competent and proactive in self-advocacy.
We recently started using AllHeal Home Health's services and I am incredible impressed with the level of care and professionalism. They took the time to answers all the questions related to our health concerns and care options; they were very attentive and offered exaclty what we were looking for. I would highly recommed them if you are looking for a reliable health services for your loved one.
Do not use these people. I had to go to the store and buy medical supplies because they came without any.. I fired them.. They will let your loved ones die before they help you. They hung up on me and Brandi refuse to come bandage my father's wounds after a bandage they put on fell off the next day. It was supposed to last 7 days. It didn't. My father has a bad infection and bed sores. These people could care less. Real professionals don't hang up on people asking for help. Not very Christian like. If you want your loved ones treated with dignity and respect. These people are Evil and need Jesus. Please, I beg you, do not use the people if you value your families health, because I'm here to tell you from experience. All heal home health doesn't care about you. God bless. New in December 2021. Now they want him to pay them an additional 400.00. These people are nuts. Messing with an 70 year old man that takes care of a disabled son and can barely pay his bills and eat. Not a Christian business. Shame on you. Especially you Carol.
