My personal opinion is. I need to close this business and retrain. All the hospice nurses to did become really hospital nurses because they are not. I felt like the blue book and the medication they dropped off and they say, good luck you're on your own cause that's what I felt like. I was a lot of bad experiences with him. Please, if you reading this do yourself a favor and find another hospice company for your loved one. Because it was a disaster for me with this company. The nurses need to be retring and they're attitude. They wanna argue with us when we have our loved ones passing away. That wasn't right. Send me a email and I'll tell you everything wrong that they did when my mom passed away this was not a good experience for me and the people who work in the office I know will teach out to me and say sorry about my experience look at all the reviews how they apologize to ever one please stop apologizing and do something about it with this many complaints don't you get it you have to do something about it retrain now I am not a nurse I worked in management before I retired but if you guys need to get a manager to get the nurse trained to become real hospice nurses what I think might be the main issue I think that you guys hire nurses who all ready work some where and they pick hospice accent care as a partime job yes they are nurses but accent care don't give them enough traing to be a hospice nurse 2 weeks before my mom passed she was actively dying but when I asked the nurse they told me no when they finally told me my mom was dying they said she had 1 to 2 weeks left but I knew my mom would not last that time because she was at the end my mom passed away the next day they did not listen to me when I told them my mom was actively dying already how sad I was telling the nurse there job but they told me I was wrong well look who was right accent care stop apologizing for the nurse and retrain them #1 train them to listen to there family members we are the ones who are with them 24 7 I was so scared when my mom was passing away because I was not sure if I was doing the right thing that were I get they give u the blue book and the medicines and ur left on your own I hope this helps someone so you won't have to go what I went thru this was my mom I miss her very much she was not just my mom my best friend I did the very best I could taking care of her towards the end I LOVE YOU MOM AND I MISS YOU VERY MUCH YOUR SON P.S. Alicia James down below said it perfect the nurses don't know v what's happening and there not educated for hospice I hate to say this if I could be a nurse for a day with accent care which I am pretty sure I can pull it off the patients that I would go out to see for that day would be calling th e office to have me return because I would have better bed side manners than the nurses and I would listen to my patients family members because there with the patient 24 7 not the nurses

This company provides poor care and support to their patients. they allowed my family member to go 3 hours while in respiratory distress waiting for a nurse visit. I requested to speak to the DON and was told she had a doctor's appointment at 5:30 pm and would call me the next day. This is unbelievable to me as our family had to reach out to other members to assist us in navigating how to handle a hospice that would not communicate or provide care in a timely manner. I was immensely disappointed as they clearly did not function with patient's best interest at heart. The following day they sent someone to sign a transfer form as we had already decided to go with another company due to their poor regard of our family members care. the lady who came did not even check on my dying family member nor ask about her. these people do not know how to provide tender patient centered care and I would highly recommend keeping any dying family members far from their care unless of course subpar care and lack of concern and timeliness is okay with you.

This Company should be ashamed of itself. If your loved one is at the end stage do them a Fever and don’t get them. 6 months and none stop issues. Our nurse came out 3 times in 6 months it’s weekly so she sent another nurse in her place or Apparently forward She showed up and saw the patient I know because I was questioned about it and said she’s doing that to like six people this week alone. Patient had a stroke. They sent me out a nurse that had no clue what she was doing and told me she had Covid after losing all use one side of her body. Mexico received after the nurse said she would order them and days would go by. I have to call Back to tell him we need the medicine A lot of the nurses are part time are called in on the service network for the company. Never once saw the doctor in six months just a nurse practitioner The treatment method is give as much pain as you can to overdose them, even if they rot in pain The bath aids are great. I will give them that. That’s the only reason you got a one star review. And now two weeks later, I’m getting a text message that the doctor wants to come by and see her after she passed away
