Accent care hospice took care of my daughter in her last days. The team that supported her and my wife and her husband were great. We couldn't ask for more. However, support afterward is lacking. I received a call from a grief counselor with them on Monday. I didn't recognize the number and we had roofers, so I didn't answer. I returned the call the next morning (Tuesday) and left a message and my number. It is now Thursday with no call back. I guess a single phone is all the loss of a daughter rates.
Choose another provider. Continuity of care is poor. Management only responds when you complain and only resolves the issue temporarily. Does not follow up. Staff does not read the charts. Cannot maintain staff, it’s constant turnover.
