ACARA Hospice. Where do I begin? This team is hands down the most caring and attentive group of people we came across through the 2.5 year journey of my mother’s dementia. She was residing in another city and once we told ACARA that we wanted her home if she was on hospice they put the plan into immediate action and we had her home in just a couple short days. We were able to be be by her side in her final moments and she was loved on by this team everyday. It’s been 5 months since her passing and they still check in on us. We will forever be grateful to them!
