This company is suppose to provide care for my client who is wheelchair bond but over the Thanksgiving holiday no one came on Thursday or Friday to provide personal care or cook him a meal nor did they return any of the calls that was made by patient or his family members! This is very irresponsible on their part especially so since this is a holiday weekend and because of the fact he is m a stoke patient and he lives alone! This will be reported to the Texas Department of Social Services on Monday and a complaint will be filed! The excuse of “we are closed until Monday” is not a reason to not service patients you have committed provide home care service besides the fact that this is what you are being paid to do!
